Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING:

Orders placed during business hours will be processed and confirmed within 1 business day. Orders placed outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day. Expect an email to confirm that your order is processed and on the way!

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:  

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus any restocking fees or return shipping costs. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at Info@enginekitpros.com with your order number and a photos of the shipping package and the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
